LIBERTY PARK JOINT VENTURE, LLP BREAKS GROUND ON CANARY SQUARE
Vestavia Hills, Alabama – On August 31, 2026, CS Beatty Construction began work on Canary Square, Liberty Park’s next residential development in The Bray neighborhood. Canary Square will be located south of Livano and Filmont, the apartment communities developed by LIV Development that opened in 2025. The new neighborhood will be around the community amenity announced in August and will offer a variety of lot and home sizes.

Development of the residential lots is expected to continue into 2027, with home construction also anticipated to begin in 2027.
