Vestavia Hills, Alabama – Liberty Park Joint Venture, LLP is preparing to start construction on a new neighborhood amenity that will include a clubhouse, two pools, and a yard game lawn. As announced in August, Liberty Park is under contract with Stone Martin Commercial to build the new amenity.

“Earthwork on the amenity site is already underway. The clubhouse building and pool design plans are in the final stages of permitting, and we expect construction to continue smoothly into next year,” said James Parsons, President of Liberty Park Joint Venture, LLP.

Construction of the 144-Lot Canary Square, which surrounds the amenity, continues making progress. Liberty Park Joint Venture, LLP expects home construction to begin on these lots in 2027.
