A new apartment complex is coming to a growing part of Vestavia Hills.
LIV Development is building Class-A apartments within the 700-acre mixed-use development The Bray.
The complex, Livano Liberty Park, is being developed to give residents a live-work-play environment with the inclusion of a variety of retail, restaurant and recreation options. According to its website, Livano Liberty Park will be the first high-end luxury multifamily development built in Liberty Park since 2000.
The new apartment community will sit on about 70 acres near Publix-anchored The Market at The Bray.
